Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated 4-man data cabling gang to undertake first and second-fix structured cabling installations across London. The successful team must be capable of working independently, hitting high-volume targets on a price basis while maintaining "right-first-time" quality.
Requirements
Requirements (Mandatory)
ECS Cards: All team members must hold a valid ECS (Electro-technical Certification Scheme) card. Network Infrastructure Gold Card preferred.
IPAF: Mandatory for at least two members of the gang (Categories 3a & 3b) for working at height on scissor and boom lifts.
Tools & PPE: Team must be fully equipped with their own tools, fluke tester can be supplied.
Experience: Proven track record in commercial first and second-fix structured cabling projects in the London area.
Desirable Qualifications
PASMA: Highly desirable for the assembly and use of mobile access towers.
First Aid: At least one member of the team to be a designated First Aider.
SSSTS: Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme qualification for the Team Lead.

First Fix: Installation of containment systems (basket, tray, and trunking) and pulling in high volumes of Cat6, Cat6A, and Fiber Optic cabling.
Second Fix: Termination of copper (RJ45, patch panels) and fiber (splicing/termination), including dressing of cables into comms room racks/cabinets.
Testing & Compliance: Full testing using Fluke DSX testers, ensuring all results meet industry standards.
Documentation: Clear labeling of all points and assistance with site surveys/as-built drawings where required.
